After two decades in public affairs, navigating legislation across 50 states, leading national campaigns, and serving in the C-suite, I’ve stepped into a new chapter:

One where I lead a public affairs consultancy for small and mid-sized businesses — and individuals who are asking, “What’s next?”

I launched both ventures from a moment of reflection. I had just been hired into a new executive role… when the company ran into financial trouble and couldn’t pay me. That unexpected detour gave me time to ask what the moment was telling me.

I realized I’ve always been driven by influence — not power, but people. Not just policy outcomes, but personal growth.

During my 20+ year career, I survived multiple reorganizations. I led through political volatility and internal change. I earned promotions and made mistakes. And all along, I was coaching colleagues, peers, and rising leaders.

Now, I enjoy influencing policy and people.
